历史沿革[edit]
这一带在明、清时称十七都下炉；民国时设下炉保，隶属半岭乡，1950年设下炉乡，归第三区。[1]
1957年转为高级社，隶白樟区；1958年设大队归红旗公社，次年改隶白樟公社。[1]
1984年改称下炉村委会，归白樟乡政府；1993年撤乡建镇后，属白樟镇政府。[1]
文化[edit]
2015年10月，下炉村入选「福建省第一批省级传统村落」。[1]
2021年1月，村庄获「福州市乡村振兴中高级版试点村」称号；2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅的认定结果把下炉村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
下炉村于2024年1月获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1][2]
2024年12月，下炉村被认定为「2024年度福州市绿盈乡村建设中级版村庄」。[1]
