罗源湾是福建省福州市东北沿海的一处海湾，位于闽江口以北约50公里，北岸属罗源县，南岸属连江县。[1][2]

海湾口小腹大，水深条件好，是福建省天然深水良港之一。北岸一带设有罗源湾开发区和滨海新城，是罗源县发展港口经济与临港工业的主要依托。[2][4]

海湾的北部由罗源县的碧里半岛环抱，南侧隔着连江县的黄岐半岛与闽江口相通，北面与三都澳相邻。口窄腹宽，外形如倒置的葫芦，海面风浪较平缓。[2]

北岸港区的深水岸线长度超过25千米，平均水深在40米以上，据百度百科，海湾可全天候停靠30万吨级的船舶。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

罗源县在“十一五”期间加快了开发区建设，北岸的牛坑湾片区与松山片区陆续完善了港区基础设施。据《罗源县十二五规划纲要》的回顾，狮岐建成了3万吨级码头，碧里建成了两个5万吨级泊位。[3]

2017年的县政府工作报告记述，滨海新城的建设已经收尾成型，同时提出要推动罗源湾开发区扩区升格，使其与台商投资区松山片区相互配合。[5]

《十二五》期间，滨海新城与开发区的控制性详细规划获批实施。之后，罗源湾港区的一类口岸获准开放，据《十三五规划纲要》所载，这一口岸已经开通。[4]

经济[edit]

罗源湾开发区以冶金、建材等临港产业为主。县里将它与台商投资区松山片区一同列为对台产业合作的平台，现代物流业也依托这两处地段发展。[3][4]

名胜古迹[edit]

罗源湾海洋世界旅游区位于滨海新城内，占地约300亩，水域面积超过6000亩，以海洋文化为主题。该景区被认定为「国家4A级旅游景区」。[6]

2026年，景区扩展出动物世界与欢乐世界两个园区，后者配备了露营设施。[6]
