廪尾村位于碧里乡沿海，背山临海，陆域约1平方千米，辖3个自然村[1][4]。

历史沿革[edit]

村子1984年改为村委会。它的大队设于1958年，由乡改设，而1950年曾设立廪尾乡，属第三区[3]。明清时村址属贤一里，民国时期归鉴匹镇一带管辖[3]。

地理环境[edit]

村名的来历是：村子位于一带村落的南端，村委会驻廪尾自然村，因此得名[2]。

人口民族[edit]

截至2014年，全村有732户、2092人[4]。

经济[edit]

村民以海上养殖为主业，主要养殖海带、龙须菜，也养鲍鱼与大黄瓜鱼；销路覆盖华北、华东和东南亚[4]。

文化[edit]

2022年12月，村子进入「福建省森林村庄」的拟定名单；2023年12月，又出现在「福建省卫生村」的公示名单上[4]。
