石坪洋村是福州市罗源县霍口畲族乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境西北部，南与闽侯县接壤。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子附近有一块平坦的大石，故名石坪洋。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时属林洋里；民国时期归第四区、第三区，并入福丰乡。1950年属东宅乡，隶第四区；1958年撤区改社，归霍口公社东宅大队。1961年另设石坪洋大队，隶东宅公社；1965年取消区建制，仍归霍口公社。“文革”时期改为大队革委会，1983年起恢复大队管委会，1984年才改为村委会。[2]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，本村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2020年6月，被确定为「罗源县第四轮第一批（2019年）平安村（社区）」。[1]
