东宅村是福州市罗源县霍口畲族乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境西北部，距乡政府约23公里。[1]
地名由来[edit]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时属林洋里；民国时期归第四区、第三区，并入福丰乡。1950年设东宅乡；1958年改为东宅大队，归霍口公社。1961年隶霍口东宅公社；1965年取消区建制，仍归霍口公社。“文革”时期改为大队革委会，1983年起恢复大队管委会，1984年才改为村委会。[2]
文化[edit]
2024年1月，本村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；福建省农业农村厅于2022年12月把本村列为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」，产业为香菇。[1]
