香岭村是福州市罗源县霍口畲族乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境西北部，东北与古田县交界。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，唐代闽王王审知的族人为避乱迁居此地，村名寓意书香之家流落到荒山野岭。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期本村属重下里，民国时期归第四区与第三区，并入福丰乡。1950年设香岭乡，属第四区；1956年归霍口区。1958年改为霍口公社香岭大队，1961年隶香岭公社，1965年并入霍口公社。“文革”时设大队革委会，1983年起恢复管委会，1984年才改为村委会。[2]

民俗[edit]

每逢元宵游灯，香岭村陈姓人家扎的灯笼两侧要系两盏小灯，寓意牌九的骨牌；游灯之夜以后不得赌博，违者按家族规矩受罚。此俗延续到50年代中期。[5]

人物[edit]

陈以云（1889－1939）与陈其銮（1893－1939）均为本村人。陈以云于1935年参加闽东红军，陈其銮于1934年参加，二人后来都编入新四军三支队六团，并在1939年于苏南的战斗中牺牲。[4]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，本村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2022年10月，被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2022年12月，被确定为「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」；2021年8月，被确定为「罗源县第四轮第二批（2020年）平安村（社区）」。2025年11月，被确定为「福建省2025年度省级一村一品专业村」，产业为紫竹。[1]
