地名由来[edit]
村子附近的田地多为烂泥，村民便砍下松树铺在田底，称这片田为「储洋」。「许」与「储」读音相近，此名后来演变为许洋。[1]
人口与民族[edit]
截至2012年，全村共527人，其中畲族人口约占65%。[2][3]
荣誉[edit]
2025年5月，村庄入选福州市2025年市级「一村一品」专业村名单，主导产业为牛奶根。[1]
百度百科称，2019年国家民委命名许洋村为第三批「中国少数民族特色村寨」，2021年村庄入选福建省卫生村名单。[2]
