官洋村在西兰乡北部，下辖3个自然村，村域内有石材企业和矿山。[1]

地名由来[edit]

一种传说认为，村中的一片洋田过去归知县肖默典所有，于是称为官洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明至清末此地归罗平里，民国时期隶属第三区，并入凤寿乡。1950年归第五区管辖，1955年划入洋柄区的西兰乡。1961年单独设立官洋大队，归飞竹区西兰公社。「文革」期间一度改称新建大队，1980年恢复官洋之名。1984年改设村委会，属西兰乡。[1]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月将官洋村命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
