后路村在西兰乡东部，下辖10个自然村。村域内有石材加工企业与矿山。[1]
地名由来[edit]
相传宋代绅士黄鹤直在自家屋后辟出一条路，乡人沿路陆续建房，聚成村落，村子因此称为后路。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明至清末此地归梅溪里；民国时期隶属第三区，并入凤寿乡。1950年，村内设后路乡，归第五区。1958年改为飞竹公社的后路大队。1961年起归飞竹区的后路公社，1965年并入西兰公社。1984年改设村委会，划入西兰乡。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年8月，后路村入选罗源县第四轮第二批（2020年）「平安村（社区）」。2024年1月，村庄又获评「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
