洋中村是洪洋乡下辖的行政村，属老区村和少数民族村，辖3个自然村，村内种植食用菌，并有竹鼠养殖。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明至清末，本村属罗平里。1950年设洋中乡，归五区；1952年划入八区，1955年改隶洋柄区。1958年成立大队，隶飞竹公社。1961年改属起步区的一个公社；1965年归洪洋公社。“文革”期间改为洋中大队革委会，1983年恢复管委会名称，1984年起改设村委会，仍属洪洋乡。[1]

经济[edit]

村内种植秀珍菇，成品经真空包装后销往广东、深圳、上海等地。村中还放养山羊和牛，并有毛竹林。茶洋自然村养有竹鼠，多与酒店订单销售。[2]

文化[edit]

福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月命名本村为「2022年福建省卫生村」。2021年2月，本村列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。2021年8月，本村被确定为「罗源县第四轮第二批（2020年）平安村（社区）」。[1]
