禄洋村是洪洋乡下辖的行政村，辖2个自然村，村后山林茂密，因此古称绿洋，后改写为禄洋。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：村后山林木茂盛，一片葱绿，先有绿洋之称；后为求生活美满，将“绿”雅化为“禄”，故名禄洋。百度百科亦记其别名为绿洋。[1][3]

明至清末，本村属罗平里。民国时期属洪林乡。1950年归二区，1958年隶起步公社。1961年分出另立禄洋大队，归起步区的一个公社；1965年改归洪洋公社。“文革”期间改设禄洋大队革委会，1983年恢复大队管委会的名目，1984年起改为村委会，仍属洪洋乡。[1]

地理环境[edit]

博雅地名网列本村的人文景观为顶极峰。村内竹木资源丰富，花岗岩矿产也多。[2]

文化[edit]

福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月命名本村为「2022年福建省卫生村」。2021年8月，本村被确定为「罗源县第四轮第二批（2020年）平安村（社区）」。[1]
