王认村位于洪洋乡北部，为老区基点村，下辖18个自然村，其中5个为少数民族自然村。[1][3]村中有始建于宋代的圣寿寺，又有县级文物保护单位王认桥。[2][4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：村民有黄、认两姓，原称黄认；因“王”与“黄”方言读音相同，遂误写为王认，沿用至今。[1]

明至清末，本村属罗平里。民国时期属五区、二区，又隶洪林乡。1950年设王认乡，归二区。1958年撤区归社，此地成为王认大队，隶起步公社。1961年再设区，本村属起步区的一个公社；1965年区级建制撤销，并入洪洋公社。“文革”期间改为大队革委会，1983年恢复管委会名称，1984年起改设村委会，仍属洪洋乡。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

王认桥是一座宋代石梁桥，宋绍兴三年（1133年）所建，县级文物保护单位。桥以花岗岩砌成，东西向，三孔两墩，桥身长22米、宽3.7米、高4.8米。出资建桥的是陈杲。2001年，该桥入选第三批罗源县文物保护单位。[4][5]

村中另有始建于宋代的圣寿寺，据博雅地名网列为村内人文景观。[2]

文化[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月命名本村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2023年12月，本村被认定为「福州市2023年市级一村一品专业村」，主导产业为蛋鸭畜禽；2025年11月，又被确定为「福建省2025年度省级一村一品专业村」，同为蛋鸭畜禽。[1]
