曹营村是福州市罗源县洪洋乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境西北部，为汉族与畲族混居的村庄。全村共有七个自然村，少数民族聚居的有四个，即东湾里、里曹营、外曹营和牛楼。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载，原本是姓曹的人家居住于此，故名曹营。[1]

明至清末，本村属罗平里。民国时期分属五区、二区，又隶洪林乡。1955年改隶岐余区洪洋乡。1958年设曹营大队，归起步公社；1961年改属起步区的洪洋公社。“文革”期间改设大队革委会，1983年恢复管委会名称，1984年起改设村委会，属洪洋乡。[1]

经济[edit]

村民中有不少人外出经营石材企业，村内也有矿山与毛竹林。村中的石材企业在县政府的整治要求下经过整合，数量有所减少。[1][2]

文化[edit]

福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月命名本村为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]
