洪洋村是福州市罗源县洪洋乡下辖的行政村，村内只有一个自然村，是全乡的商贸集镇中心。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载，古时村一带河床狭窄，遇山洪暴发便排水不及，田洋被淹，于是得名洪洋。[1]

明至清末，本村属罗平里。民国时期分属五区、二区，又隶洪林等乡镇。1950年归二区洪洋乡管辖，1952年划入一区，1955年改隶岐余区。1958年设洪洋大队，归起步公社管理；1961年恢复区级建制，改属起步区洪洋公社。“文革”期间改为洪洋大队革委会，1983年恢复大队管委会的名称，1984年起改设村委会，仍属洪洋乡。[1]

文化[edit]

福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月命名本村为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]
