白塔村为福州市罗源县白塔乡的一个行政村，位于乡境东北部，距县城约7公里。村名来自宋代僧人在此以白石造塔，村因塔而得名白塔。村辖杨家里等自然村，其中杨家里为畲族自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明至清末，此地属西隅里；民国时期属一区，并隶凤山镇和鳌塔乡。1950年称白塔乡，归一区，1952年改属六区。1958年改设白塔大队，归城关公社，1961年划入城关区白塔公社。1965年撤区并社，并入城郊公社，1966年改隶白塔公社，其后更名为红塔大队革委会。1980年恢复原名白塔，1983年复为大队管委会，1984年改设村委会，隶属白塔乡。[1]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予白塔村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
