梅洋村为福州市罗源县白塔乡的一个行政村，村民为畲族，是白塔乡的纯畲族村。村名取自村子建在田洋旁边，过去附近种有杨梅树。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明至清末，此地属梅溪里；民国时期归三区，又隶凤寿与凤后等乡。1950年划入五区，隶百丈乡；1955年改属洋柄区。1958年隶属城关区百丈大队，1961年另立梅洋大队，归城关区凤坂公社。1965年划入城郊公社，1966年改隶白塔公社，其后一度更名革委会。1983年恢复为大队管委会，1984年改村委会，属白塔乡。[1]
文化[edit]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予梅洋村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2021年12月，村庄被命名为「2021年度福建省森林村庄」；2022年12月，被确定为「2022年度福州市中级版“绿盈乡村”」。[1]
