地理环境[edit]
村子处在三溪水库下游一带。所辖自然村共6个，依次为仑后、双元里、旺村里、笕下、岩下和下楼，其中三处为少数民族村。[1][2]
人口民族[edit]
据百度百科，2000年旺岩村户籍人口1560人，其中畲族625人。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
此地在明至清末隶属梅溪里，民国时期归三区管辖，并隶凤后、凤石等乡。1950年为五区凤坂乡的一部分，1955年划入洋柄区。1958年并入城关公社凤坂大队，1961年另立旺岩大队，并隶城关区凤坂公社。后归城郊公社，1966年为白塔公社所辖。1984年改为村委会，属白塔乡。[1][2]
文化[edit]
2022年12月，村庄被确定为「2022年度福州市中级版“绿盈乡村”」；2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2025年5月，被认定为「福州市2025年市级“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业为油茶。[1]
