程家洋村在鉴江镇西面的山区里，下辖13个自然村。地势偏高，适宜种植反季节蔬菜，程家洋萝卜是当地特产。[1]

地名由来[edit]

原先村里住着程、贾、杨三姓，“贾杨”与“家洋”音近，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明至清末，此地隶贤二里；民国时属第二、第一两区，并入鉴匹镇。[1]

1950年此地属第三区东湾乡；1952年曾单设程家洋乡，1955年又并回东湾乡。1956年归碧里区，1958年撤区改社时另设程家洋大队，隶碧里公社。[1]

1961年复区撤社，改属鉴江公社。1984年改为村委会，仍属鉴江镇。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

博雅地名网载，全村总358户、1683人，未注明统计年份。土地总面积18.6平方千米，耕地1796亩。[1]

2023年12月，村子获认定为「福州市2023年市级“一村一品”专业村」，所列主导产业是澳洲互叶白千层。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，程家洋村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
