洋柄村位于飞竹镇东部，距城关约24公里，辖上洋柄、下洋柄2个自然村。村内三望洋一带是镇内石材加工的集中区。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村前有一片名为三望洋的田地，其中一半田由本村村民佃耕，原称洋半，后音转为洋柄。[1]

自明至清末此地属重上里。民国时期属第四、第三区，并入凤寿、寿竹等乡。1950年设洋柄乡，归第五区；1955年属洋柄区。[1]

1958年，此地由乡改为大队，并归飞竹公社。1961年改归飞竹区飞竹公社；1965年又回到飞竹公社。文革期间名称改为大队革委会，1983年仍称大队管委会，1984年改为村委会，隶属飞竹镇。[1]

经济[edit]

三望洋是镇内石材加工的集中区，园区内有多家石材企业。部分村民以石材业为主，也有人在外经商。[2]

文化[edit]

2025年11月，本村被确定为「福建省2025年度省级一村一品专业村」（竹制品）；2024年6月，入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2022年10月，本村被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2021年11月，本村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。2020年6月入选罗源县第四轮第一批（2019年）「平安村（社区）」。[1][2]
