塔里洋村位于飞竹镇，村内西洋一带是罗源西洋宫所在地，西洋宫供奉陈靖姑等神祇。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：传说古时村里有座塔，村因此得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地在1965年至1975年间是塔里独立队，1976年10月才并入飞竹大队。2012年4月7日，村委会正式设立，村名为塔里洋。[1]

文化[edit]

西洋宫亦称顺懿夫人庙，宫中供奉陈靖姑、林九娘、李三娘。陈靖姑墓在2007年被定为罗源县文物保护单位。[2]

2015年10月，本村入选「福建省第一批省级传统村落」；2016年12月，列入「第四批中国传统村落」名录；2019年12月，列入「第二批国家森林乡村」名单；2020年6月入选罗源县第四轮第一批（2019年）「平安村（社区）」；2022年12月，本村获「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」称号；2024年1月，本村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
