斌溪村在飞竹镇北部，与古田县接壤，离城关约46公里。全村辖斌溪、六丘、谢坑3个自然村，是老区基点村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村境内溪流自东向西横贯。北宋开宝年间，古田杉洋的余姓人迁居溪的两岸，溪北称文溪，溪南称武溪，合称文武溪。[3]

明代，余氏后裔迁往溪南，兴起习武之风，遂将两溪的名字各取一字，合称斌溪。[1]

唐时，罗、李、彭、刘、夏、甘等姓族人先后在此聚居。明清时期属化一里文武溪铺。民国初年属第四区，之后与丰余并为丰斌乡。[3]

1950年设斌溪乡。1958年改称斌溪大队，隶属飞竹公社；1961年一度设为斌溪公社，1965年并回飞竹公社。文革期间改称大队革委会，1983年仍称大队管委会，1984年改为村委会。[3]

地理环境[edit]

斌溪是镇内最大的河流，属敖江流域，村中建有斌溪电站。村中森林资源较为丰富，村民以农林生产为主。[2]

经济[edit]

旧时村中竹编业较发达。近年结合造林绿化工作，村里开展毛竹复垦，并种植油茶。[2]

文化[edit]

2020年2月，本村入选「福建省第三批省级传统村落」；2020年12月，入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」；2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名本村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1][2]

2023年2月，本村列入「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2024年2月，被确定为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象。[1][2]
