沈厝村是福建省福州市罗源县起步镇下辖的行政村，位于罗源县西北部，座落在茅山与笔架山之间[1][3][4]。

地名与姓氏[edit]

村旧称罗源临济里的仙茗境，据博雅地名网所载，开村祖先自浙江入闽，定居于此，繁衍成村[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，此地划归一区；1955年改属岐余区；1958年分出成立沈厝大队，归起步公社；1961年区建制恢复，改属起步区；1965年区建制再次撤销，村仍归起步公社[1][3]。

“文革”期间大队由革命委员会主持；1983年起恢复管委会名称，1984年建为村委会[1]。

建筑景观[edit]

村中有宋公庙和旧祠堂，祠堂与祖厝经多次重修改建[2]。

产业[edit]

村民生产番薯粉丝、豆腐等加工产品，并种植食用菌，密桃亦是村中出产[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，沈厝村入选「2020年度福建省“一村一品”示范村」名单，主导产业为秀珍菇[1]。

2021年8月，沈厝村被确定为「罗源县第四轮第二批（2020年）“平安村（社区）”」[1]。

沈厝村于2024年1月获命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」[1]。
