上长治村是福建省福州市罗源县起步镇下辖的行政村，位于罗源县西北部[1][4]。村内产业以食用菌和花卉为主[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，村一带改归起步公社；1961年区建制恢复，村自原大队中析出，设上长治大队，隶属起步区；1965年区建制再次撤销，村仍归起步公社[1][3]。

“文革”时期大队由革命委员会主持；1983年起恢复管委会名称，1984年建为村委会[1]。

建筑景观[edit]

院后山上的开善禅寺，前身为宋代始建的白云禅寺，明代洪武年间被毁，1972年在旧址重建[2]。

荣誉[edit]

上长治村于2020年11月获农业农村部推介为「2020年全国乡村特色产业亿元村」[1]。

2020年12月，上长治村被确定为「福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村」[1]。

2021年1月，上长治村被评定为「福州市乡村振兴中高级版试点村」[1]。

2021年2月，上长治村列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单[1]。

2021年10月，上长治村经农业农村部遴选推介，成为「2021年全国乡村特色产业亿元村」[1]。

上长治村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。

上长治村被列为「2022年全国乡村特色产业产值超亿元村」（秀珍菇），由农业农村部于2023年3月推介[1]。

2025年3月，上长治村被命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」[1]。
