高洋村是福建省福州市罗源县起步镇下辖的行政村，位于镇北部山区，海拔约300米，四面环山[1][4]。

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，此地设高洋乡；1952年改属一区（起步），1955年改属岐余区[1][3]。1958年撤区设社，高洋一带另设大队，归起步公社；1960年9月独立设村；1961年区建制恢复，改属起步区；1965年区建制再次撤销，村仍归起步公社[1][3]。

“文革”期间大队由革命委员会主持；1983年起恢复管委会名称，1984年建为村委会[1]。

自然与物产[edit]

村中有毛竹资源，出产毛竹笋，称高洋笋[2]。

1976年，罗源第一中学在村内大山自然村设立农场，作为学生学农基地[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2020年6月，高洋村被确定为「罗源县第四轮第一批（2019年）“平安村（社区）”」[1]。

高洋村于2024年1月获命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」[1]。
