叶洋村是福建省福州市罗源县起步镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东部，距镇政府约3公里[1][4]。村中有畲族居民，博雅地名网称之为半个畲族村[1][2]。

地名由来[edit]

原先有叶姓人家迁来此地拓基定居，村因此得名[1]。

村落组成[edit]

村辖2个自然村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1958年撤区设社后，原乡改编为大队；1961年区建制恢复，叶洋大队自原大队中分出，隶属起步区；1965年区建制再次撤销，村仍归起步公社[1][3]。

“文革”期间，大队由革命委员会主持；1983年起恢复管委会名称，1984年建为村委会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

叶洋村于2024年1月获命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」[1]。
