田中村是福建省福州市罗源县起步镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东南部，老鹰山脚下[3]。村名来自村前的寺院：寺座落在田洋之中，俗称“田中院”[1]。

村落组成[edit]

院后、龙腰、炮台、岩里、朱母山这五个自然村共同构成本村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1961年区级建制恢复，村从起步公社中分出，设为田中大队，隶属起步区；1965年区建制再次撤销，村仍归起步公社[1][2]。

“文革”期间，大队改由革命委员会主持；1983年起恢复管委会名称，1984年建为村委会[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

翠峰寺位于主村、院后与龙腰之间，建于后梁乾化二年（912年），1984年重建[1]。忠烈庙在翠峰寺旁，明万历年间已有，2009年重建[1]。

荣誉[edit]

田中村于2022年12月获福建省爱国卫生运动委员会授予「2022年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。
