吕洞村处在罗源湾西侧，紧挨松山镇政府驻地，是一个老区村，村里有六个自然村，此外还有一处「三峡移民新村」[1]。

村名的来历：相传莲花山东段有吕仙洞，洞壁有剑痕，洞中不生苔藓，传说是吕洞宾挂剑的地方；村子在山下，因此名吕洞[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，省级爱卫部门授予吕洞村「2021年福建省卫生村」一项[1]。博雅地名网还记该村为罗源县党建示范村，但未注明年份[1]。
