树柄村在松山岛上，临着南江滨大道的南侧，与滨海城隔路相望，距罗源县城约三点五公里，属革命老区基点村[1]。

村名的来历：村中有两棵古树，树干光滑，形如一根木柄，村因此得名[1]。

渔业与养殖[edit]

围垦之前，这里是纯粹的渔业村；围垦之后，村民转向别的生计，有的仍在罗源湾内海和滩涂从事养殖，有的另谋职业[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，树柄村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2021年8月，它在罗源县第四轮第二批平安评选中（评选年度为2020年）获「平安村（社区）」称号[1]。
