上土港村位于罗宁交界处，距城区约18公里，是一个纯畲族行政村，也是革命老区基点村[1]。

村名的来历：村子坐落在半山坳里，山麓连着海滩，当地称作「土港」，本村地处半山腰，名为上土港[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年8月，该村在罗源县第四轮第二批平安评选中（评选年度为2020年）获「平安村（社区）」称号；2021年11月，省级爱卫部门授予「2021年福建省卫生村」一项[1]。
