城关村是凤山镇的行政村，地处罗源城区，村民散居城中，与市镇居民杂居，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放后，村地分属城区的四个街政府。1958年分出城关大队，隶属城关公社；1961年改隶城关区的城郊公社，1965年撤区并社后归入城镇公社。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年6月入列罗源县第四轮第一批（2019年）「平安村（社区）」名单；城关村于2021年11月获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号，授予方为福建省爱卫办；2021年12月，城关村被民政部办公厅确认为「全国村级议事协商创新实验试点单位」。[1]
