历史沿革[edit]
1986年2月，因修建水库，村民由中房乡迁入，在凤山镇新建了陈厝村。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2021年8月入列罗源县第四轮第二批（2020年）「平安村（社区）」名单；陈厝村于2021年11月获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号，授予方为福建省爱卫办。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村内设有调味品酿造厂、竹笋保鲜加工厂等企业，辖区东界延伸到104国道一带。[2]
