凤山镇是福建省福州市罗源县下辖的镇，地处县城关，辖区面积32.2平方千米，海拔7米。镇名来自城北的一座山。[3][2][1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代此地隶属崇德乡；明清时分属东隅、西隅两里，临济里仅占其中一小部分。1931年归入第一区。[4]

1941年2月，冠桂、笃贤两镇合并为凤山镇。此前一年，两镇已由联保改制为县辖镇。[2]

1956年，城关镇设为县辖镇，下辖原城关区的四个街。1966年6月城关镇改称城镇公社，1979年4月城镇人民公社又改名城关镇，1981年7月才定名凤山镇。[2]

1986年2月，中房乡的一个村因修建水库整体迁移，在本镇新建了陈厝村。[2]

2000年12月，岐余村分设余家塘、岐阳、竹兜三个居委会，今三者已列为村委会。2003年4月，东门居委会的东环路东侧一片被划出，另组东区居委会；2004年12月，东区又析出岐阳、金凤、闽星小区一带，成立闽凤社区。[2]

凤山镇于2011年4月被认定为「2011年度国家级生态乡镇」，认定机关为环境保护部；2020年12月，又获「福建省卫生乡镇」的称号。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

城墙的修筑从明弘治十二年（1499年）开始，万历七年（1579年）大体完工。1938年城门被拆除，新中国成立后墙体让位于环城公路，今只剩北段凤山山顶的几处残迹。[5]

栖云洞造像在莲花山圣水禅寺内，洞中石壁边安置石雕罗汉十八尊，其中十六尊刻于南宋淳祐八年（1248年），另两尊为明代补刻。2006年5月25日，国务院公布其为第六批全国重点文物保护单位。[7]

圣水寺座落于县城南郊的莲花山上，北宋绍圣三年（1096年）已有寺院，今天的殿宇多为明万历年间建造。1980年，寺院与栖云洞造像被一并列为首批罗源县文物保护单位。[6]

罗源县革命烈士陵园在莲花山山麓，始建于1958年。[8]

府前街天后宫位于东门社区的府前街。据博雅地名网，乾隆五年（1740年）一位苏姓商人将其移建于此，乾隆三十五年（1770年）又重建梳妆楼。[9]
