安凯乡是福建省福州市连江县下辖的乡，位于黄岐半岛中部，南面濒临黄岐湾，北与下宫乡相接。[1][3]

全乡陆地面积约四十二平方千米，海岸线长28.77千米，以海水养殖、船舶修造和绿色副食品为主要产业，境内的通仙庆丰桥为县级文物保护单位。[4][6]

历史沿革[edit]

此地在唐代属永福乡崇德里，宋代称崇德下里，后改为崇德一里；元至清代分属集政下里与二十六都。民国初年设安海、奇达两乡，1940年改设奇达乡，1943年并入黄岐镇。[5]

1949年后，该地先归第八区，1952年改属第九区，1956年划入黄岐区。撤区之后，1958年7月先设安海乡，当年9月即组建人民公社，1959年并入黄岐公社。1961年安海公社得以重设，不过同年7月便重新并回黄岐公社。1979年4月，此地从黄岐公社划出，另设安海公社，其后名称改作安凯公社。1984年6月撤社建乡。[5][1]

乡名原为安海，1979年因与晋江市安海镇同名，改称安凯。[3][2]

地理环境[edit]

乡境处于黄岐半岛中段，南面是黄岐湾，北面连通可门港口与东冲口。陆地面积42.5平方千米，其中耕地294公顷，林地1410公顷，森林覆盖率为45.5%。[6]

郭婆溪是境内最大的河流，集水区面积为13.1平方千米。海域面积4100余公顷。气候属中亚热带。[4][1]

2019年末户籍人口为17244人。[1]安凯乡政府网站载全乡总人口为17452人，未注明统计年份。[6]

经济[edit]

乡内以海水养殖为主，并发展船舶修造和绿色副食品加工。文湾、半山、高塘等村的船舶修造资源较多，瀚海、兴达两家船厂是其中的龙头企业。[4]

2023年12月，安凯乡被认定为「福州市2023年市级农业产业强镇」，主导产业为鲍鱼。[3]

红色历史[edit]

飞红、安海、同心等村庄为革命老区基点村。飞红村于1933年的土地革命期间，是中国共产党地下活动的一处据点，村中留有北茭游击队成立地的遗址公园，以及大王宫革命教育基地。[7][4]

旅游[edit]

滨海观光路线以奇达村为重点，沿线有白云山、旗冠顶的海景与白云寺；休闲农业路线则以飞红村为中心，连接红色遗址。[4][7]

名胜古迹[edit]

位于安海村后斗山的通仙庆丰桥，属连江县第七批县级文物保护单位。其保护范围向外延伸十米，外围另有十米宽的建设控制地带。[3]
