连登村隶属江南镇，位于镇西部，距县城约5公里。博雅地名网载全村308户、1178人（未注年份）。[1]
地名由来[edit]
取“连”字的连续、不断之义，取“登”字更上一层楼之义，寄望村民持续发展、不断壮大，故名连登。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
旧时属永福乡安庆里的林庄境。1949年解放后归敖江乡，1958年成立连登大队。[1]
1997年敖江乡分乡后，村属江南乡管辖，1984年则已改为敖江乡连登村委会。[1]
人口与自然条件[edit]
村内辖8个生产组，有耕地280亩、园地100亩，山林面积1150亩，另有小型水库3个（未注年份）。[1]
荣誉称号[edit]
连登村于2022年12月获福建省爱国卫生运动委员会命名，称为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]
