陀市村是连江县潘渡镇下辖的行政村，地处连江县西北部，在台峰山麓下，牛溪流经村旁，距福州约23公里。村民早年沿山脚居住，称「台市」，新中国成立后改名「陀市」。村为老区基点村。1958年为陀市大队，1984年挂牌成立陀市村委会。[1][2]
