溪利村是连江县潘渡镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西北部，靠近福州西绕城高速公路，敖江流经境内。村名来自境内的溪流，早年村民引溪水灌溉农田。村中为畲族聚居，是老区基点村。1958年属潘渡公社，1964年设溪利大队，1984年改为溪利村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，溪利村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
