塘坂村位于连江县潘渡镇西北部山区，境内是福州「二水源」水源地所在地。村名来自早年境内的一口大池塘，村民多沿周边斜坡建居。该村直到1984年才由大队转为村委会，此前的1958年已设塘坂大队。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，塘坂村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」。[1]
2023年2月，「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单公布，塘坂村名列其中。[1]
「2023年福建省卫生村」一称号于2024年1月落到塘坂村身上。[1]
