柘尾村是连江县浦口镇的行政村，位于敖江口岸边，黄岐半岛一侧，连黄公路穿村。历史上村名为二十八都。[1]

博雅地名网所载，村中人口2000多人，500户，划分为20个生产小组，旅居海外的有100多人。[1][2]

姓氏宗族[edit]

村中邢氏宗祠占地300多平方米。据《姓纂》所载，邢姓出自周公第四子，他被封于邢地，后邢国为卫国所灭，子孙便以国名为姓。[2]

村中原有大王宫，今已改作礼堂，占地400多平方米。[2]
