浦口镇位于福建省福州市连江县城东北部，地处敖江入海口北岸，镇政府驻浦江社区。[1][2][7]

宋代此地建有三十六座龙窑，一度称“窑江”。明代聚居成村后，只留下一处可供江潮进出的水口，遂改名浦口。[2][3]从镇区出发，到沈海高速连江互通口约7公里，到东绕城高速浦口出口约3公里，交通便利，串联起县城中心、可门工业园区和黄岐半岛。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网所载的始建年份与年号不相符，故此处只记为宋代建窑。元代之后，此地归永福乡崇德上里管辖，划为二十九、二十八两都，径直受县衙统辖。[4]

民国初期划入第一区。1935年改设浦口联保；1940年成为樜浦乡；1944年与下洋乡合并，更名浦洋乡。1949年此地属第二区，区驻浦口。[4]

1956年3月，20个乡村合为敖江镇，浦口归其第一区。1958年，浦口析出组建人民公社，起初叫“红旗”，随即改称“浦口人民公社”，所管生产大队有12个。1984年6月撤社建乡，同年10月改为镇；同年析出敖江南岸9个村另设东岱乡。1991年，浦口街居委会分设为浦东、浦旗等居委会。[4]

连江县人民政府网站介绍浦口镇时给出全镇7156户、22143人，但未注明统计时点与口径。[1]

经济[edit]

镇内有东浦工业集中区，园区形成了以海产品深加工、海洋生物制药和冷链仓储为主的产业链。[3]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，浦口镇被命名为「2023年福建省卫生乡镇」。[2]

宋朝碗窑遗址为县级文化保护单位，是镇内宋代窑业的遗存。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

浦口余翼经墓位于上元山，系连江县第十批县级文物保护单位，划定的保护范围向墓体四周外扩10米。[2]

陈第墓在官岭村戈澳山中，墓道碑正中阴刻「明一斋陈先生墓道」，碑座正面浮雕一只奔鹿。[5]

著名人物[edit]

陈第（1541～1617），明代音韵学家、军事家，墓在官岭村。[2][3][5]

陈盛馨（1912～1942），生于浦口镇一个农民家庭，1935年毕业于空校驱逐兵科第四期，1942年在四川双流上空试飞苏联战斗机时殉职。[6]
