历史沿革[edit]
1961年，此地成立北茭生产大队，归于黄岐公社。1979年4月，黄岐公社分出8个大队，另组苔箓公社，北茭随之并入苔菉人民公社；1984年，改为北茭村民委员会。[3]
2024年1月，北茭村获命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
北茭鼻是百度百科列出的本村著名景点，附近的龙珠、石船、蛇吻青蛙岩等海蚀岩石，也是村域景观的组成部分。[1] 村内的天后宫与东升寺，据百度百科所载，建于宋代初叶。[1]
