海英社区是福建省福州市连江县黄岐镇下辖的社区，位于黄岐镇政府所在地的中心地段，东临闽东渔场，北距可门港18公里。[1]
社区以渔业为主，兼有捕捞、农林、养殖、商贸等业，博雅地名网载社区总人口3587人、1231户，辖区面积2.3平方公里，海岸线3.5公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区的前身是1984年建立的海英街居委会，此前1961年已有海英大队。2009年，居委会更名为海英社区居民委员会。[1]
地名由来[edit]
居民在面向大海的地方定居，盼望此地英才辈出，故名海英。[1]
