筱埕镇是福建省福州市连江县辖镇，位于黄岐半岛南侧突出的部分，横跨定海湾与黄岐湾，东濒马祖列岛，北靠可门港。镇政府驻筱埕村，距连江县城36公里，全镇辖11个行政村。[1][2]

镇内以海洋捕捞、海水养殖和水产品加工为主，定海湾出产的丁香鱼是国家地理标志保护产品。[2][6]

境内留有明代定海古城堡、定海白礁水下沉船遗址等文物，定海村于1999年列入「第一批省级历史文化名村」。[2][7][8]

历史沿革[edit]

唐代，此地属永福乡崇德里；宋代为崇德下里，后称崇德二里；元至清末属二十七都。[4]

元代在定海设立千户所，明代又在定海修筑城堡。[2][8]

地名原为小亭，明代景泰年间改称小埕，民国初年取其谐音写作“筱埕”。[3]

1958年成立人民公社。1984年8月设筱埕乡，原先的生产大队均改设为村民委员会，共十一个；1992年8月改为镇。[4]维基百科则写作1995年撤乡改镇，与博雅地名网所载年份不同。[6]

地理环境[edit]

镇域陆地面积32平方千米，海域面积135平方千米，海岸线长33千米，岛屿43个。[1][2]百度百科所载面积为34平方千米，与镇政府网站的陆地面积并不一致。[5]

境内的目屿、青屿、兀屿、黄湾四个岛屿，列入福建省全省重点开发的39个无人海岛之中。[2]

全镇属亚热带海洋性气候区，年平均气温约19℃。[2]

人口[edit]

镇政府网站称，全镇总人口25591人，党员1072人。[1]百度百科则以2019年末户籍人口计为28501人。[5]

经济[edit]

养殖品种有海带、紫菜、贻贝、牡蛎、鲍鱼等，内海捕捞则以丁香鱼、石斑鱼等为主要对象。[2]

2018年12月，筱埕镇获评「福建省特色体育小镇」；2019年12月，获评「福建省省级商务特色小镇」；2023年4月，入选「2023年全国农业产业强镇创建」名单。[2]

2023年3月，筱埕镇经农业农村部推介，列为「2022年全国乡村特色产业产值超十亿元镇」，产业为海带；同月又获「第十二批全国“一村一品”示范村镇」认定，产品亦为海带。[3]

2024年1月，筱埕镇被命名为「2023年福建省卫生乡镇」；同年2月，被确定为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象。[3]

文化[edit]

筱埕村的「文武太平王民俗」于2009年入选福州市第二批非遗代表性项目。[2]

东坪村的端午祭习俗于2019年列入福州市第五批非遗代表性项目，定海村的「海上龙舟竞渡」于同年入选福建省第六批非遗代表性项目。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

定海白礁水下沉船遗址位于定海村近海，1981年首次发现沉船遗物，此后经三次水下考古调查，出水陶瓷器有黑釉、青白釉、青釉等。该遗址2001年1月被列为省级文物保护单位，2022年1月补入福州市海上丝绸之路史迹保护名录。[7]

定海古城堡明洪武年间修建，南门一段城墙尚完整，城内仍有石墙古宅与街巷。1984年4月被列为第二批县级文物保护单位。[8]

定海村的城隍庙于2001年被列为县级文物保护单位，庙宇经1993年至1996年修缮。[8]

九龙禅寺（海潮寺）在定海后山，1985年经福州市人民政府批准开放。[8][9]
