北营村位于福建省福州市连江县官坂镇的最北部，与透堡镇龙颜村相邻。村域由后安、北营、燕窝三个自然村组成，其中后安为畲族聚居的自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自所在位置，寓有「扎营居住，安居乐业」之意。[1]

1961年设北营大队，1984年成立北营村委会。[1]

2022年12月，北营村被确定为2022年度福州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1]

人口民族[edit]

后安自然村纯为畲族聚居，计106户428人，约占行政村总人口的30%。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域耕地395亩，旱地325亩，林地1300亩，滩涂2700亩。村民多从事建筑行业和商贸，部分中老年人在家务农或从事滩涂养殖。[1]
