新洋村位于丹阳镇东南部，距镇区约2千米，贝里溪贯穿全境。[1]

村名的旧说是：村中原有七个土堆，故称“七新洋”，后简称“新洋”。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

宋至清代，村域属名闻乡安义里。1940年并入丹阳镇辖区，1955年划归丹阳区；1961年设新洋大队，1982年起称新洋村委会。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

丹阳新洋陈氏宗祠位于村口，为连江县第十批县级文物保护单位，始建于明代初期，1994年经村民集资兴建。[1][5]

著名人物[edit]

陈发炎、陈清畴两人同为「黄花岗七十二烈士」之一。陈发炎于宣统三年（1911年）积极报名参加广州起义；陈清畴于同年春在广州巷战中牺牲，年仅二十九岁。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年9月，新洋村被认定为「第二批全国乡村治理示范村」。[1]

2021年10月，新洋村入选「2021年福建省金牌旅游村」名单。[1]

福建省农业农村厅在2022年12月确定新洋村为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」，主导产业为乡村旅游。[1]

2023年2月，新洋村入选「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

2024年1月，新洋村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2024年2月，新洋村被确定为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象。[1]

2025年11月，新洋村被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
