晓江社区是晓澳镇的一个社区，位于镇域中段，东侧临海，西侧依山，与晓锋社区相接于南，与晓兴社区相接于北。社区名称因其位于连江县东南沿海的突出部分、处在闽江与敖江的交汇处，靠山面海而得。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1960年代初，此地归晓澳大队管理，1963年起分属晓兴、晓江、晓锋三个大队之一。自1984年起设有居委会，2009年7月24日起为晓江社区居委会。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

社区东面有500多米的海岸线，并以300多米的海堤与之相接，境内有三条溪流相邻。地势在晓澳各社区中较低，旧住宅较为密集。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名晓江社区为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
