琯头镇是福建省福州市连江县下辖的镇，位于闽江口北岸，西邻马尾区亭江镇，北邻江南，隔闽江口与琅岐岛相望，距连江县城约10公里。镇内辖2个社区和26个行政村，据连江县人民政府网站所载，全镇总面积61.08平方千米，共18848户56116人。东面隔海与马祖列岛相对，粗芦岛、壶江岛和川石岛位于闽江入海口一带。琯头设有国务院批准的对台贸易点，也是连江县的侨乡，旅居海外的侨胞约12.15万人。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

琯头之名来自旧时辖区的地形，形似古代管乐器“琯”，旧时也称琯江。[6] 唐至清代这里隶属永福乡，设安庆、新安两个里。[3] 民国初年属第二区；1935年编查保甲后，琯头成为第一区署的驻地，并设琯头、荻安两个联保。[3]

1937年2月，新道以西的八个乡和壶江、川石两岛自闽侯县划归琯头，增设壶川联保。[3] 1940年分设琯头镇、荻安乡和壶川乡，此后几经分合。荻壶乡于1944年并入琯头镇，1946年又从琯头分出。[3] 新中国成立后，这里先划为第三区，此后并入敖江区（1956年3月）。[3]

1958年7月析出设镇，直属县管辖，同年9月改设人民公社；1984年6月撤社建镇，沿用至今。[3][5] 截至2021年10月31日，镇内辖2个社区、26个村。[5]

地理环境[edit]

琯头镇位于闽江口北岸，距福州市区约40公里，北与江南相连，西与马尾亭江接壤，南隔闽江口与琅岐岛相望。[1][2] 镇域近海，岛屿较多，其中粗芦岛是连江县第一大岛，面积约14.4平方千米，位于闽江入海口。[17]

青芝山在镇域西北，位于闽江口北岸，山上岩洞众多，故又称百洞山。[8] 粗芦岛上的后一村、定岐村和龙沙村等，是镇内位于岛上的行政村。[18][19][20]

人口与行政区划[edit]

据连江县人民政府网站发布的乡镇简介，2026年3月的全镇统计为18848户56116人。[1] 博雅地名网所载为约5.61万人，百度百科所载为截至2019年末户籍人口57103人，三者统计时间不同，此处采用连江县人民政府网站的数字。[2][5]

琯头镇下辖的2个社区为琯头街社区和琯福社区，26个行政村分布在镇域各处。[2][5]

琯头依托对台贸易点与侨乡的优势，发展工业园区与商贸服务业。[1] 粗芦岛是福州（连江）国家远洋渔业基地的核心区域所在地。[1][17]

社会事业[edit]

镇中心卫生院曾获「全国百佳乡镇卫生院」称号（2017年），其后升格为二级综合医院（2021年），并于2023年获评「五星级医院」。[1][4] 镇内另设门诊部（卫生所）和巡诊点。[4]

荣誉[edit]

琯头镇2014年7月被住房和城乡建设部等七部委确定为全国重点镇。[2] 2020年，琯头镇列入「2020年福建省森林城镇」名单；2021年2月，又在「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单中。[2] 连江县人民政府网站还载有镇获「国家级侨胞之家」「省级为侨服务示范单位」「省级文明乡镇」的称号。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

青芝山又名百洞山，位于镇域西北的秦川溪畔，因山上多产青紫色灵芝而得名，属省级风景区，被列为国家3A级旅游景区。[7][8][9] 山上的青芝寺相传始建于唐朝，明万历年间（1612年）工部侍郎董应举把寺院迁到现址，寺为连江县文物保护单位。[10][11] 林森藏骨塔位于青芝山风景区内敖湖侧畔，为福建省文物保护单位，民国十五年（1926年）由林森亲自督造，塔身正面刻“参议院议长林森藏骨塔”。[12][13] 民国十二年（1923年）林森卸职后隐居青芝山，在山上修建啸余庐。[9]

长门炮台位于长门村电光山上，是福建省文物保护单位，明崇祯五年（1632年）开始建造，清朝时屡经重建。[14][15][16] 在1884年的中法马江海战中，炮台的炮火曾打中法国军舰拉加利桑尼亚号。[14]

粗芦岛上的福斗寺前，据百度百科所载，郑和船队曾筑坛拜祭，誓师出发。[17]
