东岱镇是福建省福州市连江县东南部的一个镇，位于敖江入海口南岸，距连江县城约13公里，镇政府驻地在东岱街社区。[2][6]

全镇土地面积24.34平方千米，西南部与东部为山地，中北部是冲积平原。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

东岱一带旧称三沙镇，宋建炎四年（1130年）已属永福乡永贵里，此后一直归该乡里管辖，直到清朝末年。[3][1]

民国初年东岱属第三区；1935年当地编查保甲，东岱因此设为联保，五年后升为镇。1944年6月，东岱、晓澳、道澳三地并为东澳镇。[3]

1949年后先归第二区，1956年4月划入敖江区，1958年东岱撤镇，隶属浦口人民公社。[3]

1984年10月，东岱乡由浦口镇划出敖江南岸的九个村设立，1988年3月乡改为建制镇。[3][1]

镇名的来历有两种说法：一说镇区位于岱江（敖江下游）东侧，一说境内东面有一座山名为岱宗山。[3]

地理环境[edit]

云居山位于镇区西南，海拔335.6米，是全镇最高点；敖江江中的中洲岛海拔1米，是最低点。[2]

敖江自西向东沿镇北缘入海，东北沿岸为泥沙滩涂。[2]

2014年9月，东岱镇被环境保护部评定为2012至2013年度国家级生态乡镇。[3]

2020年12月，东岱镇获福建省爱卫办授予「福建省卫生乡镇」称号。2023年2月，东岱镇入选「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡镇」名单。[3]

据东岱镇人民政府网站2025年10月存档的页面，全镇共10041户，35329人。[2]

经济[edit]

2025年5月，东岱镇被认定为「福州市2025年市级农业产业强镇」，主导产业为葡萄。[3]

经商人口约占全镇人口的三分之一，商业活动较为频繁，民间资本也较雄厚。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

云居山位于镇区西南端，山上坐落着云居寺、灵岩寺等古寺，山顶建有普光塔。[3][5]

普光塔又名望夫塔，元至正十年（1350年）起造，塔身为花岗岩砌成的八角形楼阁，现存两层，高9米有余。1961年塔被定为连江县级文保单位，1996年改列为省级文保单位。[5]

据博雅地名网，镇内的自然景观有尼姑洗脸、指动石、海上飞来石等；人文古迹则有旗福禅寺，以及一处战国时期的古独木舟遗址，其实物今藏于省博物馆。[3]
