湖柄村是闽侯县小箬乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境南部，地处闽江下游东岸，海拔约40米，距闽侯县城55公里。村中有省级文物保护单位牛头山遗址。[1][2]
村名原为「桥头」，因重名而改称湖柄，取湖之尽头的意思。[1]

村中有265户、1150人，党员43人，下分十个村民小组。村域面积折合3500亩，内有耕地680亩、林地1200亩。村民以种植业和外出务工为主要生计。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1984年，村里设立村民委员会，延续至今。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
牛头山遗址在村内牛头山上，1979年被发现，属新石器时代遗存，堆积以贝丘为主。遗址分东、西两区：东区有商周时期的大型壕沟，沟内以石块垒砌护墙；西区山顶平台发现过干栏式建筑的柱洞。[1][2]
遗址面积的数字各家不同：博雅地名网记总面积约1万平方米，百度百科另记占地约29764平方米。该遗址列为「福建省第十一批省级文物保护单位」。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年4月，湖柄村被列为「2020年度福建省乡村振兴实绩突出村」。2022年10月，省农业农村厅将湖柄村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
