小箬村是闽侯县小箬乡的乡政府驻地，位于闽江南岸，海拔约40米。博雅地名网将其列为乡中心区，村里是全乡政治与商贸活动的中心。[1][2][3]
村名的来历与当地盛产竹子有关，村里还有小箬溪穿境流过，故有此名。[1]

全村总人口1552人，共486户，党员84人，下设6个村民小组。鹰厦铁路横穿村子而过。村民的主要生计是种植养殖、外出务工和经商。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1951年，第十一区的区政府曾设在此地。1984年设立小箬村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
