盘岭村位于福建省福州市闽侯县廷坪乡境内，村名与周围连绵的山岭有关。[1]
地名由来[edit]
此地山高岭多，群山环绕，故名盘岭，后来又分为上盘岭与下盘岭。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放后曾设盘岭乡；1958年公社化后称盘岭大队，1969年重新成立大队，1984年改设村民委员会。[1]
